Restart was involved in the creation and conceptualization of the content of this online platform for connecting BH professionals throughout the world. Special attention was dedicated to the section “Setting up your business”, which presents a sort of a guide through business, as well as through a legal and administrative system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing articles on topics such as how to launch your business, what are the tax incentives in BiH in comparison to other countries, and what are the living costs, etc.
We invite you to register, and be the part of the network for Bosnian-Herzegovinian professionals!
United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Director to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peter Duffy, stated the following during the launching presentation: “Today, we are launching an online business platform for the Bosnian and Herzegovinian diaspora. USAID will continue to support BiH in the private sector development, which will be more competitive in the region and create new jobs. BiH diaspora has a great potential for attracting investments and establishing new trade relations. We hope that Diasporainvest.ba will help us to use that potential, to increase the visibility of Bosnia and Herzegovina and ensure the facilitation of new business connections.”
Presentation of Diasporainvest.ba gathered numerous entrepreneurs, investors, partner organizations, as well as government and agency representatives involved in the programs of cooperation with BH diaspora. Chief of Party for “Harnessing BiH Diaspora for Economic Development Activity” project, Sanjin Arifagic, spoke more in detail about the very structure of the website.
