For the successfully managed and facilitated process, the local outsourcing service provider or an investment partner will pay Restart a commission for its role in brokering the transaction.
Restart assists the investor with short-listing partner vendors in BiH and organising business trip to BiH to meet with potential partner vendors and other key stakeholders. Restart signs a cooperation agreement with each short-listed vendor which outlines the terms of Restart’s match-making commission. All Restart’s services can be provided via online virtual platforms if necessary under objective conditions due to COVID 19 pandemic. The delivery and implementation of the service will be different but the value and impact the same Restart charges a flat-fee for the organisation of a trip – this fee will vary depending on the requirements individual investors. Restart’s fee will include the arrangement of hotel bookings, transfers and local transport to the business meetings. The investor covers the cost of flights and accommodation.
