The first intention of Jitasa was to establish its head office in Thailand. Nevertheless, following the advice of Market Makers on availability of highly-skilled professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina that can offer high-quality services in accordance with market needs and trends at lower costs, the company decided to headquarter in Sarajevo.

Jitasa Sarajevo was established in February, 2016 after having held the Boot Camp Program for Non-Profit Accounting, where 10 candidates immediately got a permanent job in Sarajevo.

“One of the reasons why we decided to come to Bosnia and Herzegovina is the high youth unemployment rate, especially from age 20 to 25. We see great potential in this country. Young people are motivated, educated and speak various languages”,says James Strombeck, Jitasa director in Thailand.
